Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 36 tahun 2009,kesehatan adalah suatu keadaan sehat, secara fisik, mental, spiritual dan sosial yang memungkinkan setiap orang dapat hidup produktif secara sosial dan ekonomi. Sumber daya di bidang kesehatan ialah segala bentuk dana, tenaga, perbekalan kesehatan, sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan serta fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan teknologi yang dimanfaatkan untuk menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah, pemerintah daerah, dan/atau masyarakat.Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 47 tahun 2016 tentang fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, fasilitas kesehatan terdapat beberapa jenis, yaitu tempat praktik mandiri Tenaga kesehatan, klinik, rumah sakit, apotek, pusat kesehatan masyarakat, laboratorium kesehatan, unit tranfusi darah, dan optikal.
