Abstract

Proses pembuatan konten pada media Sosial di Akun Instagram Hard Rock Fm Surabaya merupakan peran penting dalam meningkatkan brand awareness dan keterlibatan audiens. Proses produksi meliputi tahapan praproduksi, produksi, dan pascaproduksi, di mana setiap tahapan harus disiapkan dengan baik, mulai dari riset, pembuatan konsep, hingga pengeditan akhir. Pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai platform utama memungkinkan hotel untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan calon tamu melalui konten kreatif berupa foto dan video yang disesuaikan dengan identitas perusahaan. Keberadaan content plan juga mempermudah perencanaan konten yang konsisten, sementara dukungan alat dan aplikasi pengeditan seperti Canva dan Capcut berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas konten visual. Secara keseluruhan, strategi ini efektif dalam membangun citra positif perusahaan.
