Abstract

Laporan ini membahas mengenai peran dari manajemen public relation yang di terapkan dalam departemen marketing promosi perusahaan PT Pakuwon Permai khususnya pada Pakuwon Mall Surabaya, dalam menjalin hubungan baik dengan rekan bisnis, media, Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), influencer dan loyal customers. Berfokus pada peningkatan kepercayaan publik serta membangun dan memelihara citra atau branding dari Pakuwon Mall dengan strategi yang digunakan seperti press release, gathering media dan rekan bisnis serta kerja sama dengan KOL dan influencer dalam bentuk social media collaboration untuk menjangkau audiens dan customer dengan lebih luas dan beragam.
