Abstract

Polrestabes Surabaya merupakan instansi negara yang bertugas untuk mengayomi dan melayani masyarakat daerah Jawa Timur. Salah satu bentuk layanan yang dilakukan Polrestabes Surabaya adalah memberikan dan menyebarkan informasi kepada masyarakat. Seorang Hubungan Masyarakat (Humas) diperlukan Untuk membentuk citra positif Polrestabes Surabaya, Hubungan Masyarakat (Humas) sebagai produksi, dokumentasi, monitoring dan pemerataan informasi dan pemberitaan yang berkaitan dengan tugas Polri. Penyampaian informasi dapat memanfaatkan media sosial untuk mengunggah postingan informasi dan kinerja Polri.
