Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of positive infuence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizatioanl citizenship behavior, The sample in this study were civil servant of the Madiun City Police, with a total sample og 56 respondents, using sampling technique a total sampling. The data collection tool ini this study used an online questionnaire. Data analysis used us data quality test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression test. The result of this study indicate that the variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously and patially have a significant positive effect on the variable organizational ctizenship behavior. The results of this study are dominated by organizational commitmen variable with a regression coefficient of 1,107. The coefficient of determination is 66,6%, wichh means that job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizationl citizenship behavior have an effect of 66,6% and the remaining 33,4% is influenced by other variables not include in this study
