Abstract
Perencanaan Pabrik Aluminium Fluorida ini memepunyai kapasitas produksi 60000 kg/hari, produk Aluminium fluorida ini direncanakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah Alumina trioksida dan asam fluosilika. Reaksi yang terjadi adalah : AL2O3.3H2O + H2SiF6 -> 2 ALF3 + SiO2+ 4H2O Dengan pertimbangan beberapa faktor, maka lokasi pabrik ini terletak dikawasan Gresik, Jawa Timur. Bentuk perusahaan :Perseroan terbatas (PT) Sistem organisasi : Garis sistim operasi : Semi kontinyu Luas lahan : 10.000m² Jumlah karyawan : 139 orang Bahan baku Alumina trioksida : 57.973 kg/hari Bahan baku asam fluosilika : 263.553 kg/hari Utilitas: 1.
