If not treated properly, falls can cause injury, decreased independence and increased dependence in performing daily activities. One of the interventions that can overcome the risk of falling is dual task training. Methods: This study used a preexperimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. Total of 16 people who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were taken from the Bekasi Stroke And Parkinson Center Clinic. Data in the form of age, gender, location of hemiparesis, and the value of the risk of falling. Research measuring instrument using TUG test. Results: From all research objects, the average risk of falling before giving dual task training was 15.44 s and the average value after giving dual task training was 11.88 s. The results of the study were tested with the Willcoxon test showing the value of p = 0.000 (<0.005).
