Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh langsung brand image dan brand engagement terhadap customer loyalty pada Coffee Shop di Kota Madiun. Selain itu juga menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh positif brand engagemnet terhadap brand love dan pengaruh positif brand love terhadap customer loyalty serta menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh positif brand engagement terhadap customer loyalty melalui brand love sebagai variable mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan Coffee Shop di Madiun. Teknik penyampelan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan teknik analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Dari hasil analisis menemukan brand image, brand engagement serta brand love berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap customer loyalty dan brand engagement berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap brand love. Brand love berperan sebagai mediasi secara parsial antara brand engagement dengan customer loyalty. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa brand engagement memengaruhi terhadap customer loyalty secara langsung dan brand engagement dapat memengaruhi secara tidak langsung melalui brand love terhadap customer loyalty.
