Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of communication effect, organizational culture, and physical work environment on job satisfaction, by taking samples on employees at the Madiun Regency District of inspectors office which numbered 37 people. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5 point Likert scale. The sampling technique in this study used the saturated sampling method. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regressions processed with SPSS program version 27.00. The results of this study indicate that : 1) Communication partially had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, 2) Organizational culture partially had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and 3) The physical work environment partially had no effect on job satisfaction.
